Email & Outreach Policy

Urban Core AI works with commercial real estate, architecture, engineering, and construction firms. We use email to keep in touch with the people we work with and meet, and we hold ourselves to a clear standard for how we do it.

Who we email

We send email only to:

• Current and former clients, partners, and vendors
• People we have met in person, such as at industry events, who shared their contact information with us
• People who contacted us, requested information, or signed up through our website
• People introduced to us through a direct referral

What we don't do

• We do not buy, rent, or scrape email lists.
• We do not send from lookalike or secondary domains to disguise who we are. Our email comes from urbancoreai.com.
• We do not use automated inbox warm-up services or bulk sequencing tools.
• We do not use misleading subject lines, such as "Re:" or "Fwd:" on messages that aren't replies.
• We do not use click or open tracking in outreach email.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information.

How we send

• Every message clearly identifies Urban Core AI and the person sending it.
• Our domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Marketing and newsletter messages include our mailing address and a simple way to opt out.

Opting out

If you'd rather not hear from us, reply to any message with "unsubscribe," use the opt-out link where provided, or email us at info@urbancoreai.com. We will remove you within two business days and will not contact you again unless you reach out first.
